London Gatwick is 45kms (28 miles) south of London, directly linked to the M23 motorway at junction 9 and to the A23 London-Brighton road. Just a 10 minute drive away, the M25 further connects with the UK’s extensive road and motorway network. Journey time from central London approx. 60-70 mins.

Parking at Gatwick is increasingly competitive, and it pays to compare prices online – see NCP Flightpath has transfers from their ‘on airport’ car parks every 10 minutes, 24 hours – which is a consideration for early flights. Tel: 0800 128128 .

Valet Parking: Alternatively you could try one of the ‘off airport’ companies such as CTS Valet Parking on 017377 60558 : 7 days parking £50 in cash or by cheque, they will meet you at Gatwick (North Terminal – outside Departures; South Terminal – outside ground floor Arrivals), take your car 10/15 mins drive away to a secure parking area, then you phone them from Baggage Reclaim on your return and they bring your car back to the airport. (Cheaper than airport parking, happily used by many WW!)
